The tenant at the same (OLD) rental house discovered a new water leak issue (old pipes) with potential mold in a different area of the house. I called Eric right away to see what steps I should take. But I was so fortunate to have them. I was blindsided by a sewage leak that created untold damage. This guy knows how to talk to people that are stressed over damage in their home. He says all the right things because it comes directly from his gut. It’s who he is. He’s upfront and honest. Yes honest! We placed a call to State Farm and he educated a State Farm agent that had been with the company 12 years about my policy and coverage. When I heard him on the phone with State Farm, I knew this was my guy!His restoration company took over.
